Staff member CR has not completed the training requirements of subsections (4) through (8) of WAC 110-301-0106 within three months of hire. Staff member ED did not complete school age child care basics with in three months of hire. Staff members ED and CR did not have very cation of a current food handlers card at the time of the site visit. Staff members ED and CR have not completed school age child care basics and were both working together and alone with children at the time of the site visit. Staff member CR has not completed the recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, and exploitation training as approved or offered by the department. Staff member CR has not completed the emergency preparedness training as approved or offered by the department. Staff member CR has not completed the serving children experiencing homelessness as approved or offered by the department. Staff member CR has not completed the medication management as approved or offered by the department. Staff member CR and ED did not have verification of bodily fluid training at the time of the site visit. Staff members CR and ED did not have verification of CPR/First aid training at the time of the site visit.
